oyo99 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "oyo99", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the oyo99 online gaming platform, operated at https://oyo99.asia, and its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers.
• "Platform" means the oyo99 website (oyo99.asia), any associated mobile-optimised web application, and all games, services, features, and content accessible through those interfaces.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers with, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the oyo99 registration process.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account wallet, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp), excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin winnings, or non-cashable balance awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity, age, and address verification process required by oyo99 before a Player may process their first withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered across eligible games before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law. Players accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction do so in breach of these Terms.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the time zone of Jakarta and the primary operational time zone of oyo99's customer support team.

The oyo99 Platform is intended for use by adults who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on its own behalf).
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an Account. This age threshold applies to all Players regardless of their country of residence.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the oyo99 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing funds.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an employee or officer of oyo99 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by oyo99 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

oyo99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by oyo99 may result in Account suspension pending verification.

To access the full range of oyo99 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you must create a registered Account. The following rules govern account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the oyo99 Platform. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance.
• Registration Currency: All Accounts on the oyo99 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). This currency selection is permanent and cannot be changed after registration.
• Email Verification: Upon registration, oyo99 will send a verification email to the address provided. The registration process is not complete until the email address has been verified. oyo99 accepts no liability for failure to receive communications sent to an unverified or incorrectly provided email address.
• KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, oyo99 requires all Players to complete KYC verification. Acceptable identity documents include a national identity card (KTP) issued by the Indonesian government, a valid passport, or a driver's licence. Proof of address may also be requested. KYC documents must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format and must be clearly legible.

oyo99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for that decision.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. oyo99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security requirements set out in this clause.

• You must not share your Account password with any third party, including family members. Each Account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account for any purpose, whether or not that third party is a resident of Indonesia.
• You must choose a strong, unique password for your oyo99 Account that is not used for any other online service or platform.
• You must notify oyo99 support immediately — via live chat at oyo99.asia — if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, any suspected compromise of your login credentials, or any unusual Account activity including unrecognised transactions or bet placements.
• oyo99 will never contact you to request your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from oyo99 and requesting your password should be reported to oyo99 support immediately as a phishing attempt.

oyo99 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits below this threshold will be declined and returned to the originating payment source.
• Maximum Deposit: Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment channel selected and the Player's Account verification status. Verified Accounts generally attract higher deposit limits. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
• Processing Time: Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to a Player's Account Balance within 30 seconds of confirmed payment. oyo99 accepts no liability for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Player-Owned Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that are legitimately owned by you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or accepting deposits from a third party into your Account, is prohibited. oyo99 may request source-of-funds documentation at any time if suspicious deposit patterns are detected.
• No Deposit Fees: oyo99 does not charge Players any fee for processing deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which oyo99 accepts no responsibility.
• Failed Deposits: In the event that a deposit is debited from your bank account or e-wallet but not credited to your oyo99 Balance, you must contact oyo99 live chat support within 24 hours, providing your transaction reference number and the date, time, and amount of the deposit. oyo99 will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 48 hours WIB.

Withdrawals from your oyo99 Account Balance are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Requirement: All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals requested by Players who have not completed KYC will be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Same-Method Rule: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. This policy is in place for anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance purposes.
• Processing Time: oyo99 targets withdrawal processing within five minutes of approval for verified Accounts. In practice, the majority of withdrawals are completed within this timeframe around the clock, including Indonesian public holidays. Processing times may be extended during scheduled system maintenance windows, which are communicated in advance via the Platform.
• Wagering Requirement Check: Withdrawals will be declined if any portion of the Account Balance consists of Bonus Funds that remain subject to an outstanding Wagering Requirement. Only real-money Balance and fully wagered bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Limits: Maximum single and daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section. Players wishing to withdraw amounts in excess of standard limits should contact oyo99 support to discuss VIP-tier processing arrangements.
• Anti-Money-Laundering: oyo99 operates a strict AML compliance programme. Any withdrawal request that triggers AML screening may be subject to an enhanced due-diligence review, during which the withdrawal will be placed on hold. oyo99 is required by its operating license to report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant regulatory authorities.

oyo99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. • Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. • Non-Transferable: Bonus funds are non-transferable between Accounts. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or otherwise exploit bonuses across multiple Accounts will be treated as fraudulent activity and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account Balance and cannot be reinstated.
• Misuse of Bonuses: oyo99 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold any winnings derived from it where oyo99 determines, acting reasonably, that a Player has exploited a bonus offer in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, or through the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the game.
• Promotional Changes: oyo99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including in response to changes in regulatory requirements or platform conditions. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Players with reasonable advance notice.

The following rules govern all gaming activity on the oyo99 Platform, including slots, live casino, sportsbook, poker tournaments, and all other game categories:

• Bets Placed are Final: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Player. Players are advised to review all bet details carefully before confirming.
• RNG Certification: All virtual games (slots, RNG table games, virtual sports) use certified Random Number Generator technology audited by independent testing laboratories. • Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction or software error, oyo99 will investigate the incident and reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed software malfunction will not be paid and will be removed from the Account Balance.

oyo99 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gaming environment. The following responsible gaming provisions are built directly into the Platform and are available to all registered Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via the Account settings panel. Limits take effect immediately upon setting. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oyo99 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment instruments for deposits.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without the prior written consent of oyo99.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploit must be reported to oyo99 support immediately upon discovery.
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy server, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location for the purpose of accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing oyo99 support staff or other Players via any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without their authorisation.

All content on the oyo99 Platform — including but not limited to the oyo99 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, and the selection and arrangement of all content — is the intellectual property of oyo99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without oyo99's prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or application.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

All third-party game content available on the Platform — including titles developed by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio and is used by oyo99 under licence. Players have no rights in respect of third-party game content beyond the right to play those games as a registered oyo99 Player.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oyo99 excludes all liability — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage.
• Any loss arising from Platform downtime, service interruptions, or scheduled maintenance.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access arose from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials in accordance with Clause 4.
• Any loss of winnings or gaming funds arising from a confirmed game or software malfunction, subject to oyo99's obligation to return the staked amount as set out in Clause 8.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, promotional terms, or game rules, where that information was subject to a typographical error or technical pricing feed failure.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude oyo99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Where oyo99's liability cannot be fully excluded, oyo99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the value of your Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arises, or Rp 5.000.000 (five million Rupiah), whichever is lower.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time:

• Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting oyo99 live chat support and requesting closure. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days. Any Bonus Funds subject to outstanding Wagering Requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
• Termination by oyo99: oyo99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — without limitation — in the following circumstances: confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms; confirmed fraudulent activity; confirmed use of the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; confirmed use of multiple Accounts; or a regulatory instruction from oyo99's licensing authority requiring the Account to be closed.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination for breach, oyo99 may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where a confirmed breach is established, oyo99 reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance in full. Where no breach is confirmed, the Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
• Survival: Clauses 1, 11, 12, 14, and this Clause 13 shall survive the termination of your Account and remain in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which oyo99 holds its operating gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and oyo99, the following resolution process applies:

1. First Contact: You must first contact oyo99 customer support via live chat and attempt to resolve the matter informally. oyo99 will use reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints within five business days of receipt.
2. Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through first contact, you may escalate to a formal written complaint by emailing oyo99 at the address displayed in the footer of this page. oyo99 will acknowledge your formal complaint within 48 hours and provide a reasoned written response within 14 calendar days.
3. Arbitration: If the formal complaint procedure fails to produce a resolution acceptable to both parties, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the applicable dispute resolution body specified by oyo99's licensing authority. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent imminent, irreparable harm.
